Just one block from the ocean in north Pacific Beach, you'll also find restaurants and shops just steps away in every direction. Garnet Avenue, Crystal Pier, Law Street/Tourmaline Surf Park ... the best of San Diego beaches is right outside your door. La Jolla is just a few minutes north, Belmont Park and Mission Beach is just to the south. Mission Bay Aquatic Center is also within walking distance and offers lessons and rentals for all available water sports in the area.

We provide two beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach towels...and plenty of other amenities to help you enjoy the SoCal beach life and everything that makes staying in San Diego/Pacific Beach desirable. We can also provide high chairs and pack-n-plays to keep your little ones safe. Feel free to ask if you have any special requests.

This two-story townhome also has a sofa bed in the living room, extra half-bath off the kitchen and full-size washer/dryer in unit make the beach family life a breeze. There's a bbq on the back patio, reserved parking for one car, SmartTvs in every room with cable and high-speed internet. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with the basic cooking essentials for at-home dining.

Rowena was so detailed in covering everything you need to know about the place and the surrounding area. The place had very thoughtful amenities (cookies upon arrival, aloe vera, hairdryer, beach towels, beach cruisers). It was a very cozy and romantic get away!

What an amazing experience I had staying here! It was walkable to everything I wanted to do and see, and also gave me the privacy I was looking for. The balcony is an amazing bonus and you can see the water from it! The space was clean and very well kept. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great spot in pacific beach. Rowena was amazing as well, that also added to our great trip!

We had a wonderful experience at the property. It was perfect for the two of us - wouldn't suggest any more than that. Very private, loved the hot tub, close to the beach and restaurants, just a short Lyft ride to the city. Only thing we missed was some music in the VRBO and could have done without the neighbor's unwelcoming yard sign regarding VRBO's - but it's freedom of speech, right? All in all an "A" experience!
